This is our signature blend that was originally created for our favorite baked goods but is now used in all of our lavender dishes. Made up of 3 varieties of lavender that we believe have created a full, round, and sweet flavor, this bud blend is perfect for any culinary desire. A little goes a long way! Best to start with small amounts if you have never used it before 
 
Examples of uses (but not limited to!!)
Infuse in honey, add to tea or coffee before brewing, make simple syrups for desserts or cocktails, lightly crush buds if using for baking or cooking to enhance flavor
